Experienced commercial carpet cleaning
I Started in1992 and do the work myself, using the truck-mounted steam cleaning system as recommended by Carpet Manufacturers. It cuts through grease and grime that most inferior systems just can't touch.
The extreme heat and 4.5 commercial blower I use is the best for dirt extraction and fast-time drying. For the rare occasion it is needed, I do offer CHEMICAL DRY CLEANING with a one hour dry time. For extremely dirty carpet and most commercial cleaning the HOSS 700 is the newest state-of-the-art cleaning attachment for truck mounts replacing the basic wands, please see the video link below, in 30 years I have never seen any system clean like it.

Why hire me
My knowledge of carpet cleaning started in 1992, just after graduating with a B.A. degree in Finance from UWO. After watching a carpet cleaning company clean our college home, I decided I was going into the carpet cleaning business. Over the last 28 years, I have taken multiply certification classes, including programs through the International Institute of Carpet Rug Cleaners (IICRC), to improve my carpet cleaning knowledge. I have also received The Carpet and Rug Institute Seal of Approval. I do most of the work myself because I am very detailed oriented. You may notice my reference list has a lot of Restaurants because they are the hardest jobs and very few companies have the equipment and knowledge to get the grease and soils extracted. When getting estimates please make sure the company uses a Truck Mounted System and for commercial cleaning a rotary attachment instead of the the steam cleaning wand. Wands are fine for homes and I still use them but when it comes to heavily soiled carpets there is no method better than a Hoss 700 , just google it.

I apply certified pre spray that wont strip off the stain resistant coating and break down the soils. Then deep steam clean with an all fiber rinse.

The price to clean the open carpet is $40 (up to 200 square feet), then add .20 cents per square foot.
$120 minimum on all in-town jobs.
Vacuuming and furniture removal is not included so please have your carpets ready for cleaning. I recommend you just have me clean around what is not practical to move.
Pre-spraying and minor spot cleaning are included. Dye stains, pet order, filtration lines (around the perimeter of the room) paint, gum, blood, ink, etc. could have additional charges.

Most carpets are stain-resistant and provided your cleaner uses the right products they will not need a new application. I will test the carpet first at no charge if you are interested in a carpet protectant.
